FLO recrute des Store Managers Trainee
FLO Manager Trainee Program is a structured training program that is designed to prepare individuals to become managers in our stores. It typically involves a combination of classroom training, on-the-job training, and mentoring by experienced managers.
During the program, trainees are given the opportunity to develop their skills in various areas such as leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management. They also learn about the company’s policies, procedures, and culture. As well as cash, warehouse, sales area, visual merchandising, accounting, and HR to be managers and start a career in retail.
The program lasts 6 months. During this time, trainees will be rotated through different cities and positions to gain a broader understanding of the business.
Upon completion of the program, trainees are typically given a management position within the store, such Section Manager or 2nd Store Manager.
Qualifications
- At least a bachelor’s degree,
- Ages between 24 – 28 years old,
- Ready to work in different shifts,
- Experienced in retail (preferred) or wish to start a career in retail,
- Prone to teamwork, cheery and dynamic,
- Improved communication skills and high persuasive skills,
- Leadership, achievement, and result-oriented skills,
- Openness for development,
- Planning and Organization, Problem-Solving and Analytical skills,
- Commercial point of view,
- Good command of written and spoken English (Turkish is a plus),
- Willing to relocate to other cities in Morocco, which we are planning to open.
